Edil PP PSOE Lorca mayoralty candidate gives "a Hugo Chavez style".

Lorca, Sept. 27 .- The councilman of Water and Environment of the City of Lorca, Melchor Morales, CP, attributed today PSOE candidate for mayor, Manuel Soler, "Hugo Chavez style" and has questioned the compatibility of the double condition of aspiring mayor and president of the Community of Irrigators.
